Cosplayshow Return Policy

 


1.     Please kindly note that an RMA number is required for each return. Our RMA department will not process your return without the RMA number.


2.     Return application must be submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package. If application exceeds 15 days we will not be able to accept your request.


3.     Please make sure return of goods must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with tags and packaging. Accessories and promotional gifts must be returned together. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc)is not returnable.


4.     Tailor made items, Clearance products and Intimates(Swimsuits,Bustiers& Corsets,Leggings Socks & Tights, Lingerie.ect) are not returnable.


5.     Once we approve your RMA request, an RMA number will be sent to you accordingly. Please tag/print/write the RMA number on the outside of your shipping package.


6.    The returned package should be postmarked within 3 business days and at the same time offer us relevant courier & tracking information for us to track your returned package.


7.     After receiving the return address and RMA number, please return the parcel within 7 days and inform us of the return logistics number. Otherwise, the Return & Exchange Application will be automatically closed and unable to continue return process. Please make sure to remark the RMA number on outside of parcel when return. If the parcel is returned to other address or without RMA number on outside packaging, we cannot refund or exchange.


8.     Cosplayshow reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.


9.     Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.


10.    The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. Postage cost will be deducted if it was a free shipping order.


For special attention:  Please use Post Office when returning goods. If we fail to receive return parcel for returning through other carriers, buyer needs to undertake the loss.
